Join us for a Functional Fitness Class. We combine Heavy Barbell Lifts with High Intensity Training all in 1 class. Come learn the Barbell Lifts from our expert coaches and then finish the class with some High Intensity work for the perfect combination workout! From beginner to advanced, everyone will succeed in this class. Come try us out Today!

Bootcamp

Join us for Bootcamp and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Bootcamp is a High Intensity Workout using your own body weight, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Medicine Balls (we use NO Barbells in the Bootcamp Classes). Whether you are advanced or new to exercise entirely, this class is perfect for you! Come join us Today!

Saturday Squad WOD

Join us for on Saturday at 8am for our Squad WOD. This is the workout of the week that is all about having fun while working out. Workouts are always done is teams of 2 or more and are scalable to be able to be completed by everyone! This is the only workout of the week that is FREE every week. So bring your friends and family and lets have some fun!
